At Baby Gold, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized pieces. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your items back into the original Baby Gold gift box and secure them inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed.
